Last weekend we caught up with Steven Spitz after the Santa Barbara Triathlon to ask if he has any advice for others who want to fundraise for Vitamin Angels. Steven will be competing in the 2009 Iron Man World Championship to benefit Vitamin Angels. Here's what he had to say.
