On September 25, 2009 Vitamin Angels celebrated the largest industry-wide event at Expo East to save the lives of children worldwide.

Lack of essential nutrients is responsible for one-third of all maternal and child deaths worldwide. Vitamin Angels closes that gap by partnering with natural product companies to obtain the vitamins and funding to reach millions of children under the age of five, and pregnant or lactating mothers worldwide. Together we save lives.

This year at Celebration of Angels, our guests experienced the difference their companies can make by partnering with Vitamin Angels in this global health initiative that benefits millions of children and proves that vital nutrients save lives.

Our event highlights included:

• GET INVOLVED stations showcasing how companies can partner with Vitamin Angels and save children's lives around the world.

• ANGEL COURTYARD displaying the beautiful faces of some of the children we have reached this year.

• ADVENTURE PARK demonstrated the risks we take to reach the children considered unreachable by other humanitarian organizations.

• INDUSTRY LEADERS on the main stage speaking about their experience with Vitamin Angels and how their contributions have made an impact on their company.

• ROCKIN' MUSIC performed by the Journey Tribute Band "Captured" ending the night with the hopeful message of "Don't Stop Believing!"

A fun and informative evening was enjoyed by the many attendees from the Natural Products Expo East tradeshow as well as the Boston public. Thanks to everyone who made this event possible and to all of those who participated in the Party of 15 Million Lifetimes!
