Last year, Vitamin Angels made great strides toward our goal of reducing child morbidity and mortality worldwide with essential nutrients, more than doubling our reach to 22,518,881 children and mothers.

In 2011 and beyond, we will continue to keep our fundraising and administrative costs at or below industry benchmarks, and with your continued support bring vital nutrients to children in at-risk populations, helping them attain good health and giving them the opportunity to lead meaningful and productive lives.

Recent Milestones

• Vitamin Angels earned its fourth consecutive 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, America’s premier charity evaluator. This rating demonstrates that “Vitamin Angels consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America,” as stated in a letter addressed to Vitamin Angels from Ken Berger, Charity Navigator’s President and Executive Officer. In 2009, Vitamin Angels generated total revenues of $23,977,284 and provided vital nutrients to 8,293,588 children around the world. Approximately 95% of all expenditures were dedicated to our programs while the remaining approx. 5% was dedicated to fundraising and administrative expenditures.
