Thank you for your interest in planning an event to benefit Vitamin Angels. Before you begin, please take a couple minutes to review these important guidelines. Concerts, fashion shows, birthday parties, etc. are appropriate venues for a Vitamin Angels fundraiser, however they cannot be used as a means of personal gain. If you are charging entrance fees to your event, you must transparently represent to your guests what portion will be donated to Vitamin Angels. We also retain the right to withhold use of our logo and/or name if we feel the event does not comply with the Vitamin Angels mission. If your guests want to receive a tax deduction for their donations, they can either donate directly to Vitamin Angels or you can collect checks on our behalf. Cash donors will only receive tax receipts if the money is sent in an individualized donation envelope with complete contact information. We cannot offer individual tax receipts for a cash donations jar, for example. At our discretion, we may offer support materials for fundraising events. However, please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization and we need to purchase our materials. Please only request the items and the amounts that you will actually use. We cannot guarantee that we will have the amount of support materials available to accommodate your request. If you do request materials, please give us enough time to get them to you. We may not be able to accommodate your event if materials are not requested in a timely manner. We want to know how everything went! We would greatly appreciate follow up from you or your group containing pictures, short videos, quotes and a description of your event. Vitamin Angels offers a great variety of materials to support your event. If you are interested in utilizing any of our materials please check the box next to the item and indicate the amount you would like to receive. We will email an invoice when the items are shipped. A $5 shipping and handling fee will be assessed for orders up to $100. Please contact us for pricing on large quantity orders or rush shipping.
