I am a Managing Editor at VIRGO and do most of my work on Natural Products INSIDER. I'm ready to lace up my running shoes for another go at the P.F. Chang's half marathon to support Vitamin Angels.

Rock 'n' Roll for Children's Health

For the second year, I'm joining Team Vitamin Angels to run the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on Jan. 15, 2012, to help support Vitamin Angel's efforts of reducing child mortality worldwide by providing essential vitamins and nutrients to children under five years old. As part of Vitamin Angel's 100 Days of Giving Campaign, every dollar I raise will be matched by a group of sponsors including  Emerson Ecologics, DSM, Pharmachem Laboratories, Marine Nutriceutical, AIDP, Swanson Health Products, Michael's Naturopathic, Lily of the Desert, UNFI, BioSan Laboratories and Novell Ingredients. Please donate to help me run 13 miles and, more importantly, to help children receive the nutrition they need to thrive.

OK in the event I get talked into fundraising again I will ask the same of you. How did you get the hook up of having the big companies match your donations? NICE! Good Luck in the race! Linda

Good luck!

Not about to run, but I'll certainly support the cause...
