There is a great demand for product in all of the areas we work. Someday, we would like our supply to exceed the demand, for now we do our absolute best to meet the need. In order to receive product from Vitamin Angels, you must fill out two forms, the Recipient Application for Nutritional Donation and the Hold Harmless Agreement:

• Donation Application Letter
• Recipient Application for Nutritional Donation
• Hold Harmless Agreement

As the first step towards becoming qualified as a Vitamin Angels’ recipient,
you need to complete, sign, and send both documents back to us.

Additionally, there are four important things we need you to know:

• (1) If you qualify as a Vitamin Angels’ recipient, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your needs. Vitamin Angels continues to grow and to expand our reach with vital nutrition around the world. At the same time, our requests for supplements increase dramatically every year—so please be patient. We do want to help your cause and we encourage you to stay in contact with us, so we can alert you when the right opportunity comes along.

• (2) You need a warehouse located within the US where Vitamin Angels can ship product to you. Vitamin Angels will ship product to you at a US location at our cost. As the recipient, you will then need to ship the product to your desired destination at your cost. Occasionally, you will need to pay for shipping from the manufacturer to your location.

• (3) Before receiving product from Vitamin Angels, you need someone in the destination country who can ensure that the product will clear customs.

• (4) If you qualify as a recipient, we ask that you provide us with tracking and follow-up information. This information includes simple forms for you to complete as well as obtaining photos of the product being distributed and/or photos of children holding the vitamins along with a brief description of how the vitamins are helping the children we are serving. Before and after photos are also greatly appreciated so we can show our donors the incredible difference these vitamins can make in these children’s lives. This information is very important to help up build our donor base and increase the supply of vitamins that will be available to all of our qualified recipients.
